TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When purchasing goods from Such and Such Design Ltd and through www.strawberi.co.uk you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.
These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this web site.
Definitions and interpretation
In these terms the following words have the following meanings.
Contract
The contract for the sale and purchase of the goods;
Goods
The range goods which are available for purchase from our web site in accordance with the terms;

Our presence on the World Wide Web is currently accessible via the addresses www.suchandsuchdesign.co.uk and www.strawberi.co.uk.
The Seller, The Company, we, or us
Such and Such Design Limited (our Company number is 05566712 and our registered office is at 259 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4RP).
Basis of the sale
Illustrations, descriptions and other information as to particular products are approximate and for guidance only. We may in our sole discretion from time to time vary the nature of the goods from that advertised without notice to you, so long as these variations are not major alterations.
Price of the goods
The prices of the goods are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise quoted. You pay the price of the goods as advertised on the date and time we received your order. We reserve the right to change the price of the goods without notice.
Product Availability
We update the availability of the entire stock list on a monthly basis. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product not marked 'Out of Stock', we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
Delivery
The standard method of despatch will be by first class Post. Where other methods or despatch are made at the request of the buyer then the total costs so incurred will be charged to the buyer. Additional charges may also be made for other than the Company's normal commercial packaging where the same has been specifically requested by the buyer or the Company at its own discretion deems it appropriate to employ other than normal packaging. We will keep the title to the goods until payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
Damage or loss in transit
Partial loss or damage in transit must be reported in writing to ourselves within seven days of receipt of the goods. In the event of non-delivery we must be notified in writing within fourteen days after date of advice of despatch.
Payment
This will be done through a third party (currently Paypal), and thus will conform to their terms and conditions.
Warranty
After delivery of the goods specified in the buyer's order all liability on the part of the Company shall cease except where any goods become defective due to bad workmanship or faulty materials within 12 months of the date of delivery. The Company undertakes at their option to replace defective goods, or offer a refund to the sum equal of the net invoiced value of the defective goods.

Industrial and Intellectual property rights
The names, images and logos identifying Such and Such Design, Straw Beri or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Such and Such Design Ltd and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Such and Such Design Ltd, or any other third party.
Third party rights
Consequential Damages: in no event shall the Company be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages.
Data Protection
Any information you provide to us will only be used by the Company and its agents and service providers. Your information will only be disclosed to third parties where we are obliged to do so by law. We may use the information you supply to contact you from time to time for the purposes of post market surveillance or to inform you of new products/services. You may opt-out of receiving this future correspondence from us; see the choice/opt-out section below. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information held about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
