Returns

Such and Such Design Ltd conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back if the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or if you simply don't like what you've ordered.

New items returned for refund or exchange.

There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).

Please send a description of the problem with the goods, and how you would like it to be dealt with. We will then contact you with details of how we will proceed. We will refund the original postage, but not that incurred in returning it to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Broken Goods.

All goods purchased from Such and Such Design are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is 12 months from the date of sale.

Please get in touch with us, and we may ask you to send us the damaged goods so that we can asses them.

Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have without the need for incurring postage costs, as it is in our interest to have a happy customer! If we deem suitable, we will send you out a replacement free of charge, however the postage that you incur if you have to send it to us shall not be repaid.

New items returned because we have posted you the wrong part.

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay for all postage costs incurred in returning the item.
